Roy Alexander Harrison was born Jan 19 1931 & died on November 14, 1994 "Monday night". Age 63. He died from Cancer. Roy was married to Mary Edith Niffen. they had 8 kid's. (4 boy's & 4 girl's) Thier first born died at birth.
His father Hershel Everett Harrison died from heart attack when he was 40 yrs old. (Oct 9, 1937) Hershel and Lola Helen Arend had 11 kids. Some of the kids died at young age. The Harrison's family has red hair. They got the red hair from Lola.
Lola had 3 more children with a William Clifford Hoaglin. William was married to a Dora M. Carpenter.
my grandmother is lydia harrison hoaglin,roy's sister.i just talked to her about your postes.she said her mother lola raised 11 kids,she had more that did die young.after her father died the older kids worked to help the family.none of the children went to foster care.they were raised on river road in louisiana mo.along with the niffens.thats how roy met mary.my e-mail is deer-hunter@att.net if you need more info.
